Iwa-chan is the Aoba Johsai boy's volleyball team manager, and while she and Oikawa have been friends since childhood, he pisses her the hell off. Ever since he got older and cuter and more popular he's been surrounded by girls and become a total flirt. Truth be told Oikawa desperately wants Iwa-chan's attention, but she takes it to mean he's just being his usual flirty self. Iwa-chan acts incredibly tsun to drive him off because he irritates her with that attitude. Neither one of them are on the same page as the other.

Of course the whole team, especially the third years, know that Iwa-chan has it bad for Oikawa, and they're all really fond of her too.

Please just give me ridiculous shenanigans involving Oikawa being an idiot, Iwa-chan being tsundere to the max, and the rest of Seijou dealing with the nuclear fallout. (For instance, training camp for them, Iwa-chan cooks for the team a la Kiyoko Shimizu, they all compliment her cooking... Oikawa gets jealous, so Iwa-chan pours half a bottle of Sriracha in his curry.)

Doesn't have to get sexual necessarily but I certainly won't object to anything of that nature!
